Job Title: Strategic Partnerships & Operations Specialist Pay range: $75 – 77.41/hr. Duration: 3 months Location: Mountain View, CA OnsiteWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Strategic Partnerships & Operations Specialist to play a critical role in defining, optimizing, and implementing our globalPartner Management Framework (PMF) . The Expert Network team is developing a formal Partner Management Framework (PMF) to mature its approach for FY26 and beyond. This new framework, to be fully implemented in the fall of 2025. with external expert guidance, aims to bring clarity, streamline operations, and enhance the management of partners, allowing company to scale the expert professional services platform more effectively. The PMF will leverage industry best practices to improve partner management, leading to benefits like cost improvements, increased efficiency, and better risk management. It will introduce partner segmentation to tailor management based on a partner's strategic importance and capabilities. This standardized, yet flexible, approach will focus on clearly defined outcomes, precise measurement, robust feedback loops, and a continuous learning environment, moving away from individualized approaches to ensure consistent rigor and optimal performance from all partners.This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced partner management team to fundamentally impact and drive efficiency and enable accelerated scalability. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong business acumen and communication skills, and thrive in an environment that requires both strategic vision and meticulous execution.Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for the following key deliverables, ensuring all efforts are clearly defined, flexible, and enable rapid adaptation:Defined Collateral List:Develop a comprehensive project plan / list of "must-have" artifacts for proper PMF documentation, including clear definitions, owners, priority order, and timelines, ensuring completion by end of Q1 FY26.Marketplace & Partner Strategy: PMF Overview:Developing and structure the processes used for partner selection and oversight, partner onboarding, partner performance management, and fostering their continuous strategic development. Marketplace Assessment & Geographic Guidance:Assist in the definition of a comprehensive market assessment process based on EN guiding principles. Partner Stratification:Define and categorize differentiated levels of partner relationships (e.g., 2-3 tiers), including clear qualifying parameters for each.Operational Framework & Process Development: Framework Overview:Create a comprehensive overview of the partnership framework, defining the "what" and "how" for effective partner selection, onboarding, performance management, and development. Relationship Management:Catalog the standard / typical relationship management activities, such including internal stakeholder engagement, governance cadence, partner strate Intake Process (New Business):Design and standardize an intake process (including a standard form) to collect essential information for determining the best partner for new business opportunities. Selection Criteria:Define minimum partner requirements and design a mechanism for rating/grading partners during the RFx process. Onboarding:Define all necessary requirements and steps for onboarding selected partners. Performance Management:Define mechanisms, and associated timelines for partner performance management (e.g., metrics, scorecards, G2G, NOS) in support of outcome based contractual commitments. Transition Management:Define processes for managing partner changes, including risk mitigation, ensuring continuous coverage, and contractual adherence. Exit Management:Define processes for managing partner terminations, including impact assessment, coverage strategy, contract termination, and communication protocols. Risk & Compliance:Collaborate with CS Compliance leadership to define the processes for compliance audits, risk audits, pre-selection due diligence, and reputational risk management. Pricing Models:Develop a repository for efficient collection and review of various pricing models. Operational Mechanism (OpMech):Define and agree upon "must-have" OpMech/ROB (Rhythm of Business) requirements. Artifact Repository:Design and organize a well-structured artifact repository for internal team use and external-facing materials, including the above, as well as the following: ○ Active contacts Templates (intake, escalations, G2G/NOS, site visit, selection summary, RFx) Standard communications QBR/SBR templates (Quarterly Business Review / Strategic Business Review) Topology / FootprintQualifications: Proven experience in strategic partnerships, vendor management, or operations BPO roles, preferably within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and implement complex operational processes and frameworks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough assessments and derive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
