Job Description: deliver innovative products and services at a rapid paceenabling our development teams to serve our customers seamlessly across physical, digital and cloud platformsengineering a platform that provides services and frameworks to developers as a secure, scalable and highly available platformown, automate and troubleshoot the Production Releases for a complex set of Biocomputing solutionsimplement Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) and DevOps in transforming legacy environmentsresearch, test, and pilot a new metrics collection system that can be reused for any application stackdefine, select, implement and support a new configuration management system for a simplified orchestration workflow focused on applicationswork closely with development staff and train them on proprietary informationprototype reusable patterns and tools then coach developers on how to follow these best practicesassist development teams in implementing the versioning and archiving of the software artifacts and validation documentation in AWS/S3/GlacierRequirements: Bachelor's Degree or better in Computer Science or related fieldFive (5) years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or relevant technical roleArticulate enough to explain ideas/concepts outside developer wheelhouse simply and effectivelyFive (5) years of experience working with many the following technologies or databases is required: Windows / Linux Administration, AWS & AWSCLI, SaltStack, Docker, MS SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, SplunkDemonstrated work experience managing complex infrastructure projects with minimal supervisionWorks well with group inside and outside of defined teamBenefits: quarterly bonusesprofit sharinga robust retirement planaffordable healthcareSocial Security tax exemptiontuition reimbursementaccess to a family medical clinica 24‐hour employee gymflexible scheduling— including a 9/80 option (40 hrs/week with alternating Fridays off)
