Load and ready fabric, threads, needles and goods. Follow style, color and design guidelines to create standard products.RESPONSIBILITIES:Upload digitized file into embroidery machineSelect correct logo rotation for specific itemInput thread color sequenceHoop items in specific hoops for the item ensuring they are hooped straight, hoop sizes range from 3" - 5".Observes and insures embroidery is placed as specified on the product without defectsResponsible for quality throughout the job runMake machine adjustments as needed (tension, changing/centering needles, checking bobbins, etc.).Assist in other warehouse operations when neededMust be able to embroider shirts, jackets, sweaters and caps or any other type of garment.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIESAbility to work with Tajima and SWF embroidery machine brandsAbility to work with 1 through 12 heads embroidery machines.Knowledge of working with different types of needles depending on the fabric being embroidered.Attention to detailAbility to bend and lift boxes of items to be embroidered (up to 50 lbs.)Speed and accuracy to meet production quotas.Ability to comprehend written instructions and communicate with Finishers and department leads.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis position requires the normal demands of any job, such as sitting, standing, reaching with arms and hands, walking, talking and hearing. Standing for up to 4 hours at a time.
