Duties Deliver expert haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to children's unique needs and preferences Use engaging communication techniques to ensure children feel safe, comfortable, and excited during their appointment Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards, including sanitation protocols for tools and stations Assist with retail sales of hair care products, accessories, and styling tools suitable for children and families Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Mangomint Mentor junior team members on customer service excellence, styling techniques, and sanitation practices Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in children's hair styling preferred Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children and their families Experience in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to salons working with children to ensure a safe environment Passionate about mentoring team members and fostering a positive salon atmosphere.
