(CSSNA) Recruiter II

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a fully remote (CSSNA) Recruiter II with our power technology client. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $33.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Schedule: Part time position, 19 hours a week flexible with time - can not exceedDescription:Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Using computer database, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skillsPrepare and maintain employment recordsContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionInform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizationsSupporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.Must have great organizational skills, TA experience, oracle experienceEducation/Experience:Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent training required 2-4 years customer service related experience requiredResponsibility level:Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisorSkills:Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills(Required) Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time(Required) Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities(Required) Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training(Typically required) Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning(Typically required) Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and ExcelPrimary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
