And the positive relationships you form with teammates, clients and the community make us proud to have you on the team.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Grey Search Team by supporting select clients led by Recruiting Partners, Senior Partners, or DirectorsParticipate on calls led by Grey Recruiting Partners (Senior and/or Director) with hiring managers and HR leaders to evaluate hiring needs and define a unique search/project approach for each assigned open jobContribute to defining and executing search strategies, including sourcing, market analysis, skillset/industry research, and identifying supplemental sourcing toolsCreatively source high-caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, AI platforms, social media, and other resource toolsWork closely with Grey Recruiting Partners by shadowing client meetings and candidate interviews to better assess each client's unique complexities and culture to match against prospective candidatesAbility to source on up to 6 projects at any given timeDeliver a positive experience for clients and team members through your professionalism, responsiveness, and integrityWhen applicable, build a network of future candidates with desirable skill setsConduct business reviews with senior leadership, including trends, risks, and talent insightsServe as a trusted business advisor and subject matter expert both internally and externallyAssesses the candidate market to determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positionsYOUR EDUCATION + EXPERIENCEFour-year degree or equivalent experience2+ years sourcing and/or recruiting experience desiredDeep knowledge of online recruiting and social media recruiting channels (LinkedIn Recruiter-Must Have)YOUR SKILLS + ATTRIBUTESStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to create and maintain strong partnershipsAbility to build rapport with clients and team membersStrong organization and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and advanced multitasking/project management skillsStrong strategic thinking and creativityStrong business acumen with ability to align business strategy and drive performance ӓ Self-directed and agileDemonstrated track record of identifying opportunities and driving changes to positively impact recruiting resultsAbility to have fun, be humble, be kind, work with urgency, kick butt, and push others to be better
