Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, for a Janitor. The Janitor will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and organization of commercial properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, restrooms, and common areas; handling waste disposal; and maintaining supplies. The janitor will also assist with light maintenance tasks and report any building repairs or safety concerns to management. Qualifications Experience in Janitorial Services and basic Housekeeping skillsStrong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team membersAbility to undergo and apply Training sessions as necessary to adhere to cleaning standards and protocolsWillingness to contribute to service improvement efforts; basic experience in Sales is a plusStrong attention to detail and task organization skillsPhysical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
