Box Truck Driver – LEAD Appliance Delivery & Assembly

Schedule: 6 days/week, no Sundays Team-based: You’ll work with a partner MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE - CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK A MUST TRAINING IS 3 WEEKS - TRAINING PAY IS $125 About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Box Truck Driver to join our delivery team. This role involves more than just transporting appliances—you will be the face of our company, ensuring safe delivery, professional assembly, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to deliver appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, and microwaves to customer homes and businesses. Perform assembly and installation of delivered appliances, ensuring all items are set up correctly and functioning. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and maintain delivery logs. Handle appliances with care during loading, unloading, and installation. Provide excellent customer service, including communicating clearly and respectfully with customers. Work collaboratively with a delivery partner to complete routes efficiently. What We’re Looking For Experience with appliance assembly and installation (washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves). Strong attention to detail to ensure appliances are installed correctly and safely. A positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Reliability and professionalism—showing up on time, every time. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Schedule & Pay Work 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday). No Sundays. Driver Pay: $175 per day ($1,050/week for 6 days) Competitive pay with opportunities for consistent work and growth. Minimum Qualifications: Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Must be 21 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications: Valid, active Driver's License CLASS B PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to load and unload heavy items up to 70 lbs. Must pass DOT physical, criminal check and drug screen Provide Customer Satisfaction Postcard to customer after completion of delivery and thank them for being a Home Depot customer Must be familiar with local and surrounding areas Ability to use GPS and follow directions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $175.00 per day Benefits: Company truck Fuel card Work Location: In person
