Office assistant

Overview We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative support for our company in Akron. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for handling daily office tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members Greet visitors and clients ensuring they feel welcome and attended to Manage office supplies and maintain inventory Organize and schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements Prepare documents reports and presentations as needed Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying scanning and mailing Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent additional education or certification in administration is a plus 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation Contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates Preference will be given to Indian candidates with their own visa J-18808-Ljbffr
