High Roller Beverage Ambassador - Part Time (The LINQ Promenade LV)
Job DescriptionThe Beverage Ambassador provides excellent guest service while operating a portable bar within the High Roller Observation Wheel cabin. This role includes preparing beverages accurately, engaging with guests, and supporting bar operations through stocking, transport, and cleaning. Candidates must be team-oriented, physically capable of lifting and pushing equipment, and maintain a professional appearance while adhering to company policies and service standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform regular bar operations on a portable bar cart in a High Roller cabin while providing excellent customer service.Perform regular bar sales on a portable bar cart anywhere in the High Roller building.Measure shots consistentlyRetrieve requested beverages from storage dock and manually push loaded carts to designated storage area and bars.Push garbage cart and dollies on casino floor.Load ice, beer and glassware for stocking at all bars.Scrub, mop and power wash mats and floors behind bars.Change soda bibs and liquor bottles in pump rooms.Lift a keg of beer Change a keg of beer.Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.Present a well-groomed appearance. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness cardMust be able to work any day of the week and any shift. One year previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender preferred.Minimum of three months experience as a bar porter.Must understand, speak, read and write English.Must be able to pass a math test. Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred. Additional RequirementsComfortable working in a high-altitude environmentWork requires ability to lift and carry approximately 110 - 120 pounds and ability to push and/or pull approximately 300-650 pounds on wheelsWork requires visual abilities needed to safely operate motorized equipment.Attention to detail and the visual capabilities needed to inspect work upon completion are requiredMust be able to stand/walk 90% of shift
