Body Shop Technician

Body Shop Technician: Experience Required A large, family-owned, business structure is looking to hire a diligent, dedicated Body Shop Technician/ Mechanic to add to the team. TECHNICIANS WITH EUROPEAN IMPORT CAR MECHANIC EXPERIENCE ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! The role of the Body Shop Technician/ Mechanic is to meet the demands of and complete work orders for repair services in a timely manner by repairing, replacing components, and fabricating parts of vehicles with uncompromised quality. The Automotive tech will report directly to the Service Manager or Lead Technician. The Requirements: High School Diploma or better. Prefer an Associates in Automotive Technology. Extensive knowledge of all European makes and models ASE Certified Preferably looking for an individual with certificates in BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Valid Driver License with no more than 4 points. Minimum 3-10 years in a previous or similar role. Knowledge of Omnique software preferred but not required Ability to overcome obstacles and adversity in the workplace Must have decision-making skills as well as mechanical skills Must have own tools. Repair, replace, and upgrade a variety of vehicle parts Perform diagnostic tests to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved before returning the car to the customer Perform cost estimations before beginning jobs Follow all workplace safety requirements The Benefits: A great working environment where you'll be supported all the way.
