Warehouse Associate(Material Handling & Crate Building) in Salisbury NC We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is a fast-paced role that requires both physical strength and the ability to use basic tools for material preparation.Shift & Pay1st Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM2nd Shift: Starts at 4:00 PMPay: Starting at $17.84/hourOvertime: Candidates must be flexible to work OT as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Preparation: Build and stack custom wooden crates and pallets for secure product transport.Product Inspection: Carefully inspect materials for defects or damage prior to loading.Sorting & Loading: Organize products by category and manually load materials into containers or onto trucks.Tool Operation: Safely use hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, etc.) to construct shipping crates.Physical RequirementsHeavy Lifting: Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift.Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods of time (810+ hours).Manual Dexterity: Comfortable handling tools and building structures with precision.Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labor in a warehouse environment.QualificationsProven reliability and a strong work ethic.Previous warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus.Ability to follow safety protocols while handling heavy loads and power tools
