Manager, Key Accounts
Role Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales activities, coordinating and leading customer meetings and supplier visits, and addressing and resolving delivery and product-related inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include tracking forecasted sales vs. actual sales, validating profitability targets, identifying new sales opportunities, following up on sales leads, managing responses to customer RFPs, and collaborating with internal support teams to meet customer expectations.The role will receive targeted training, working closely with the Sales Director and internal support teams. Training will cover our company’s background, mission, values, and provide an in-depth understanding of our products and services.Responsibilities:Communicate comprehensive account information to internal and external stakeholdersEnsure accurate product and service specifications for both internal and external partiesLead trade show preparations and coordinate strategic appointments and site visits with customers and suppliersAnalyze and maintain sales data, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement with the Sales Director and leadership teamsCollaborate with operations and suppliers to proactively address challengesMotivate internal teams and suppliers to meet and exceed customer goalsWork with the Account Director to gather and organize RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionConsolidate and review performance metrics for quarterly business reviewsContribute to budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue forecastingQualifications and Requirements:Passion for food, beverage, travel, and aviationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS applicationsBachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving targetsAMI Group, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
