The company values diversity and seeks passionate employees who want to contribute to a cleaner, more resilient energy future.Your ResponsibilitiesUse your electrical engineering expertise (MV/LV systems, energy management, renewables) to support ETAP’s real‑world applicationsDeliver technical pre‑sales support: prepare, run, and follow up on live software demos and presentationsAnalyze customer requirements and recommend fitting solutions (eg, ETAP Power Simulator, SCADA, Microgrid, Caneco)Document sales activities in Salesforce and maintain clear processesHelp target key customer groups and highlight relevant solutions (ETAP PS, ETAP Real Time)Prepare tailored offers and coordinate ETAP consulting services, incl. technical support and collaboration with subcontractorsProvide technical input to the marketing team and support campaigns with practical insightsCommunicate product value clearly and convincinglyContribute to higher deal‑conversion rates and increased product adoption — without revenue pressureYour Profile3–5 years of professional experience in an electrical engineering environment1–2 years in B2B technical sales, customer service, or supportExperience with CAD tools (eg, Revit) and simulation software (ETAP, DigSilent, etc.)Basic understanding of electrical network calculationsStrong communication, solution‑oriented mindset, structured working style, and eagerness to learnVery good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)Confident with MS Office and at least one eCAD tool in a BIM environmentClass B driver’s licenseSalesforce knowledge is a plusOur OfferSecure, long‑term position in an international software companyCareer development and promotion opportunitiesHybrid, remote, or on‑site work optionsVaried and engaging tasks in a global environmentSupportive and motivated teamModern work environment, training opportunities, corporate benefitsBackground Check ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
