PARCEL DELIVERY/PICKUP DRIVER

Job Description We are seeking a PARCEL DELIVERY/PICKUP DRIVER to join our team! We are an independent service provider for FEDEX GROUND. You will be responsible for safely operating a Truck/Stepvan with a capacity of at least 22,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).Knowledge of CENTEREACH, SELDEN, PORTJEFFERSON, PORTJEEFERSON ST., MT SINAI, MILLER PLACE, SOUND BEACH, ROCKY POINT, SHOREHAM, WADING RIVER , RIDGE, AND MANORVILLE ARE A PLUS.Responsibilities:Load and unload cargoRoute out your day with the packages on your vehicleReport any issues or incidents to dispatchInspect truck before and after tripQualifications:Previous experience in truck driving or other related fieldAbility to handle physical workloadStrong work ethicMust have a clean licenseFull back ground will be preformedMust be able to pass a DOT physical along with a drug test
