Weekends Only Shift***WEEKENDS ONLY*** Shift: day- CHG is requiring the COVID vaccine. Required experience: Must have one recent year of LTAC or acute care hospital experience; Must have strong vent and trach skills. Required certifications: AHA BLS. Preferred certifications: AHA ACLS. Must be obtained within 6 months of first shift worked. With this rate for this assignment, nurse must work any scheduled CHG assigns (including holidays). Must have pre-approved time off prior to confirmation.
