With a short drive to Berlin, WI, you’ll be working in a clean, quiet and air-conditioned environment.Compensation And BenefitsAnnual compensation range $39,000 to $55,000. Range includes highly regarded Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs) and value of benefits below.401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).Life insurance ($5k face value).Paid holidays after 60 days.Paid vacation after first year.Financial planning resources.Profit sharing (15% of profits shared with Employees and based on attendance).Short- and long-term disability.Seasonal, voluntary overtime available.Assistance in education in job-related subjects.Salary to be discussed during initial interview and based on experience.
