Leasing Agent - Keene, NH

As a leasing consultant, you will be responsible for leasing available apartments in our new market rate luxury apartment community.Solid Base Hourly $18-$25/ hour plus $100 per unit commissionEssential Job FunctionsLeasing apartments to achieve occupancy goals.Providing excellent customer experience for the prospects as it relates to their interaction with the community, which includes apartment and community tours.Conducts market survey to understand market trend and customer needs. Fulfill and resolve customer needs.Ensure communication is delivered to residents accurately and in a timely manner.Collect and process renter information including leasing documents, income documents, credit reports and all other legal documentation necessary.Manage and supervise all internet advertising platforms currently used.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.3 Years working experience in sales or officeKnowledge of Microsoft Suite and Yardi property management software preferred.Strong sales and customer service experienceGood organizational and time management skillsOur associates are offered competitive salaries, experience career growth, and are eligible for benefit packages.Location: Swanzey, NHHours: Weekdays flexible, Saturday required.About John Flatley CompanyFounded in 1985, the John Flatley Company is a privately owned and operated real estate company.
