If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to grow in project management, this role is built for you.We know you care about benefits and perks—feel free to scroll down to that section, then come back to learn more about the role.What You’ll DoSupport senior Project Managers in planning projects, including defining scope, timelines, staffing, risks, and contingenciesAssist with project setup and onboarding, including coordinating systems, tools, and communication channelsHelp manage day-to-day project activities such as stand-ups, task tracking, and team communicationsFacilitate daily stand-up meetings and share updates, blockers, and action itemsAssist in organizing and leading project meetings focused on status updates, problem-solving, and team collaborationSupport issue resolution efforts and help drive tasks through to completionContribute to reporting on schedules, budgets, and project delivery for stakeholdersMaintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and issue logsHelp identify creative solutions to challenges and support timely project deliveryParticipate in sprint, milestone, and project reviews to drive continuous improvementAssist in project closure activities, including system decommissioning and documentation wrap-upCollaborate with other Project Managers and leadership as neededWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business, Computer Information Systems, Insurance & Risk Management, or a related fieldExposure to project management, software technology, or the insurance industryExperience working on small projects or teams (5+ members preferred)Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plusBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 toolsAbility to use collaboration tools, video conferencing, and standard business technologySkills that will help you succeed:Strong communication—both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detailProactive, results-driven mindsetAbility to adapt quickly as project needs evolveCollaborative team player who also works well independentlyProfessional, customer-focused approach in all interactionsCommitment to continuous improvement and learningWhy Join NLS?Bring your authentic self to the Next Level Solutions team—Go-getter.
