Customer Solutions Engineer | SF | Up To $165K + Equity

Software Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a YC-backed startup that's achieved what most companies aspire to - profitable, rapidly growing product within a huge market space with very limited competition.They're looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to own the full customer journey: pre-sales demos, onboarding, implementation and long-term success. New customers are being onboarded on a weekly basis and they require a Customer Solutions Engineer to help unlock the next growth phase for the organization. Required experience:Experience in a customer-facing role such as - Customer Engineer, Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation Management, Solutions Consulting or Technical Account ManagementEnd-to-end ownership of B2B product implementationsStrong project management; comfortable running multiple concurrent projectsAbility to hold technical conversations with customersWhat you'll be working on:Running product demos and technical discovery calls alongside the sales teamOwning customer onboarding end-to-end, from sales handoff to full go-liveManaging a high volume of concurrent implementations, each with distinct timelinesBuilding scalable onboarding processes to reduce manual effortSurfacing customer feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmapThis is a high impact role, reporting directly to the Co-Founder and CEO. Base salary $110k-$165k + equity + benefits, onsite in downtown San Francisco.
