This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support process improvement initiatives. The role may also assist with staff training and onboarding related to administrative and compliance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track compliance requirements, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately and timely mannerMonitor calendars, key deliverables, and regulatory or contractual deadlinesReview documents and work products for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standardsDevelop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistencyCoordinate and respond to public records requests in accordance with applicable regulations and timelinesPrepare, edit, format, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and documentationUtilize Microsoft Outlook to manage calendars, communications, and remindersCreate, update, and analyze spreadsheets, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft ExcelDraft and revise documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe ProManage electronic documents and workflows using DocuSign and Adobe ProAssist with training staff on administrative procedures, compliance requirements, and SOPs as neededMaintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive informationProvide general administrative support to leadership and departments as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum of 35 years of senior-level administrative or executive support experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and ExcelHands-on experience with DocuSign and Adobe ProDemonstrated experience managing deadlines, compliance-related tasks, and document reviewExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience handling public records requests or similar regulatory documentationExperience creating and maintaining SOPs or process documentationExperience assisting with employee training or onboardingBackground working in a regulated or compliance-driven environmentExperience with Administration of Community Development DistrictsTravel510% travel for meetings, events, or training.Equal OpportunityAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
