The CPTO will be responsible for shaping the organization's product vision, guiding platform and infrastructure strategy, and ensuring that technology supports programmatic excellence and sustainable growth. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team across product, design, engineering, and IT, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. The successful candidate will also partner with colleagues across various functions to ensure that technology aligns with the organization's strategy, user needs, and long-term sustainability.Candidates for the CPTO position at the company should be strategic integrators, product-minded leaders, technically fluent, and collaborative executives. The role requires a mission-aligned innovator with a passion for leveraging technology for social impact and an external communicator comfortable representing the organization in funder and partner settings. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in technology and/or product development, with experience in EdTech, nonprofit, or multi-stakeholder organizations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, fluency in modern web/mobile architecture, cloud infrastructure, data engineering/governance, security/compliance ecosystems, and emerging AI/ML technologies, as well as a proven ability to lead strategic planning and change management initiatives.Travel Percent Less than 10%FunctionsProduct Management Information Technology
