Corporate Hospitality Housing is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations, lead culinary teams, and ensure our guests receive a consistently high-quality dining experience across multiple locations in West Texas and New Mexico. What You'll Do • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service • Oversee operations across multiple kitchen locations as needed • Travel to various camp locations to support and manage kitchen teams • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies • Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that meet guest expectations • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food sanitation standards • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to support professional growth and team development • Manage budgets, control costs, and approve invoices • Oversee the POS (Toast) system, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of revenues • Respond to customer feedback and resolve food service concerns professionally What We're Looking For • Proven leadership and shift management experience in high-volume kitchens • Experience managing multiple kitchens or food service locations • Willingness and ability to travel to different camp locations as needed • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods • Experience with Toast POS (required) • Strong skills in ordering, inventory management, and budgeting • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service Why Join Us?
