High elderly population Experienced in Chronic Disease Management 16-22 patients per day 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time May participate in day-time call rotation (no after hour call) EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant Benefits: Competitive base compensation; potential wRVU productivity & quality bonus.
