About the RoleClub Studio Fitness is Tysons Corner's premier boutique fitness destination, offering a dynamic mix of group fitness classes, personal training, and state-of-the-art amenities. We are seeking a passionate and driven Membership Specialist to join our team and serve as the face of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our member community, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members, delivering a welcoming and professional experience at all touchpoints.• Conduct studio tours and consultations, effectively communicating membership options, class offerings, and the unique value of Club Studio Fitness.• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and lead conversion.• Manage the full member lifecycle — from enrollment and onboarding through retention and renewal.• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account updates with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and member data using the club's CRM and membership management software.• Collaborate with fitness and management teams to create a seamless, positive member experience.• Support promotional events, referral campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of class schedules, personal training offerings, and facility amenities.• Assist with front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and daily opening/closing procedures. QualificationsRequired:• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.• Positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine passion for health and fitness.• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Preferred:• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.• Familiarity with membership management software (e.g., Mindbody, Club Ready, or similar).• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
