Project Engineer

We're seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead capital improvement projects in a growing manufacturing environment. This role will identify process improvements, manage CapEx projects, and support the design and implementation of manufacturing systems for injection molded products.ResponsibilitiesLead CapEx projects from concept through implementation.Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and throughput.Specify, purchase, and implement new manufacturing equipment and tooling.Design manufacturing equipment and processes to support new product launches.Troubleshoot production and equipment issues with Manufacturing and Maintenance.Collaborate with Engineering on product and process improvements.Support preventative maintenance and standard manufacturing procedures.Qualifications5–7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with capital projects.Injection molding experience required.Experience managing equipment installations and manufacturing process improvements.Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
