Search and AI Retrieval Lead

A company is looking for a Search & AI Retrieval Lead. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and define the future search stack and design a scalable, cloud-native search architecture Design and implement a Knowledge Graph architecture and develop modern recommendation systems Architect retrieval pipelines on Google Cloud Platform and ensure scalability and cost efficiency Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience building and scaling production search or retrieval systems Strong experience in designing search architectures and evaluating search technologies Experience with semantic search and embeddings-based retrieval Strong Python skills and experience with cloud-native systems, preferably GCP Experience leading technical initiatives in mid-sized teams
