CNC Programmer

_*ZLA Solutions *__is looking to hire experienced __*CNC Programmers*_ _for a fabrication client in __*Gadsden, AL.*_ *Job Description* The employee would be responsible for creating computer programs that instruct a CNC lathe machine to precisely cut and shape metal parts by interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints, translating them into G-code instructions (no CAM software), setting up the machine with the correct tools and parameters, and ensuring the customer's parts meet required specifications through testing and adjustments. *Job Details* _Schedule_ > Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM > Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM > Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (when needed) _Pay Rate_ > $25.00 / hour *Job Requirements* > At least *2 years* experience _programming a CNC machine_ (mill or lathe) is *required* > Experience in writing G-code (no CAM software on-site) is *required* > Ability to _read blueprints_ is *required* > Ability to utilize _precision measuring tools_ is *required* > Must be able to pass a pre employment qualification test > Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed > Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen and back ground check (misdemeanor/felony records may not necessarily prevent employment) *Job Benefits* > Paid Time Off after 90 days > Multiple insurance options available (MEC, dental, vision, prescriptions, telehealth, etc.) _*Interested?
