Java Tech Lead

Overview As a Java Tech Lead you will guide a development team to deliver Java-based web applications for a critical client. You will align business needs with technical solutions, manage delivery timelines, and ensure quality through testing and documentation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define functionality and drive on-time delivery. This role combines hands-on architecture with leadership to shape enterprise systems in a client-facing environment.
