Python Engineer (RPA + AI/ML) - CHANDLER, AZ

PYTHON AI/ML Engineer W2 ONLY - No C2C 18 Month Contract Hybrid in Chandler, AZ Position Overview Our client is seeking experienced Software Engineers to design and build end‑to‑end intelligent automation solutions that optimize infrastructure and platform processes , not just business workflows.This role requires strong full‑stack engineering depth , with a particular focus on Python‑based development , agentic workflows , and AI‑driven automation . This is not an RPA‑only position — candidates must demonstrate real software engineering experience, API design expertise, and theability to develop scalable, production‑grade automation frameworks.The team is especially interested in engineers with hands‑on experience building agentic systems , including Model Context Protocol (MCP) server design and implementation , to orchestrate intelligent, adaptive workflows across platforms and services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using RPA, AI, and ML technologiesBuild agentic workflows that orchestrate intelligent decision‑making and automation across systemsDevelop and maintain API‑driven, RESTful services to support automation platformsContribute to the design and implementation of MCP servers to enable advanced agent communication and coordinationBuild full‑stack automation components, including backend services, data integrations, and orchestration layersDevelop automations that optimize infrastructure and platform processes, not just business operationsCollaborate with stakeholders, platform teams, and process owners to gather requirements and ensure successful deliverySupport testing, validation, and production deployment of automation solutionsParticipate in Agile development processes and adhere to SDLC best practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional engineering experience Deep expertise in Python for production‑grade development (required)Strong experience in full‑stack software engineeringProficiency in one or more programming languages:Python (required)Java and/or C++ (strong plus)Demonstrated experience building RESTful, API‑driven servicesStrong SQL proficiencyHands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end intelligent automation workflowsExperience designing automation solutions that support infrastructure or platform optimizationSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical fieldStrong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
