Quality Control Inspector

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes by implementing and maintaining quality control systems in compliance with relevant regulations, such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and CGMP. **Responsibilities:** Performing routine quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products Maintaining files of inspection reports. Looking through specifications to understand the design requirements of products Measuring product dimensions, examining the functionality of products, and comparing the final products to see if standards are met Documenting inspection findings, and completing detailed reports and performance records Support record maintenance with daily data entry. Educating the production team on quality control processes, concerns, and standards of product quality Keeping their job knowledge up-to-date by participating in educational opportunities Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment by complying with company safety policies. **Skills:** · A positive attitude · Ability to get along with co-workers · A good work ethic focused on attendance, accuracy and efficiency · High school diploma minimum · Excellent near vision (with corrective lenses if needed) · Ability to measure product with a ruler · Ability to count accurately · Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division · Basic Computer skills · Basic Excel skills · Detail oriented · Ability to sit or stand for up to 3 hours · Ability to occasionally lift boxes up to 40 pounds unassisted Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: Leland, NC 28451 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Leland, NC 28451: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
