IT Recruiter – Eagan, MNC4 Technical Services is looking for competitive, driven IT Recruiters who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and being rewarded for results.This is a high-activity recruiting role where you’ll spend much of your day finding, talking to, and evaluating candidates.What You’ll DoSource IT and technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, AI tools, referrals, and other sourcing channelsConduct frequent phone and Microsoft Teams video interviewsTechnically screen candidates to understand their skills, experience, communication, and fitBuild relationships with candidates and maintain an active recruiting pipelineMarket strong candidates to our Account Managers and clientsWork closely with the sales team to understand client needs and quickly identify the right talentManage multiple searches and candidates in a fast-paced, competitive environmentWho We’re Looking ForCompetitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable goalsEnjoys being on the phone and on video calls throughout the dayStrong communicator who is comfortable asking questions and evaluating peopleResourceful researcher who enjoys finding candidates others can'tCoachable, organized, and willing to put in the activity required to be successfulTeam-oriented with a sports, sales, recruiting, or other competitive backgroundCompensation & Schedule100% onsite – Eagan, MNMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional off-hours supportBase salary + commission + full benefitsYear 1 earning potential: $60,000–$100,000+If you’re competitive, enjoy working with people, and want a career where your effort directly impacts your income, we’d like to talk.
