The Recreational Sports unit is an integral part of Fitness and Recreation and provides excellent customer service while ensuring participants participate in Recreation programs and leagues in a safe and fun environment. The Recreational Sports Staff works under direct supervision of the Recreational Sports Manager and is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations of the Recreational Sports unit, which includes customer service, creating and following lesson plans and providing quality instruction to all program participants.Recreational Sports is looking for high energy, dynamic, positive, outgoing staff to be a part of our unit and UCSF Fitness and Recreation. The position is part-time at 40% variable with an average working week consisting of 8-16 hours. We provide fitness and wellbeing services to UCSF students, faculty, staff and community members through a broad range of fitness, recreation, aquatics, personal training, outdoor programs, and health and wellness programs.
