In this role you guide the architectural direction for a distributed AI platform that enables secure, multi-tenant operations. You’ll shape end-to-end technische specifications and coordinate across engineering teams to deliver high-scale AI capabilities. You’ll harden inter-service communication with cryptographic identity and zero-trust, while leading CVE remediation and production triage to maintain stability. You’ll mentor senior engineers and drive the platform toward higher technical maturity, joining a team that blends high-scale innovation with security resilience. Responsibilities:
Define and own architecture for a distributed AI platform with robust identity and multi-tenancy.
Author end-to-end specifications and decompose complex designs into executable work streams across multiple teams.
Strengthen service-to-service security via cryptographic identity signing and zero-trust verification.
Lead structured CVE remediation and production triage to maintain stability and resilience. xhqgsiq Establish high engineering standards and mentor senior engineers to raise platform maturity.
Key requirements:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 12+ years of software engineering experience; or Master with 10+ years; or PhD with 7+ years; or equivalent 8+ years designing, building, and operating high-concurrency distributed backend microservices in Go and Python 4+ years designing enterprise authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT, RFC 8693, mTLS) Experience with AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) and code-gen tools for software development Experience building/integrating LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic runtimes (e.g., ReAct), tool-calling interfaces, or MCP servers Hands-on Kubernetes deployment/operation with automated secret management and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry)mentoringleadershipcross-functional collaboration GoPythonDocker/Kubernetes
