Job Summary The Express Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance tasks as outlined on repair orders, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to dealer and factory standards. The role focuses on building customer loyalty by delivering high‐quality service and clear communication with customers, parts and service teams. Responsibilities Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined in the repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication. Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‐sponsored training as appropriate. Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Performance Measures Targeted production. Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred. Valid in‐state driver's license and a safe driving record. Attention to detail and ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
