Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Role: Operate simple machine tools to produce quality products safely and efficiently.Responsibilities: Set-up, adjust, and operate equipment such as drill presses and laser machines; perform minor maintenance; read blueprints and operation layouts; maintain a clean and safe work environment; report discrepancies and perform additional duties as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to operate equipment with minimal supervision; skilled in using precision measuring tools; knowledgeable of safety practices; physically capable of standing, reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and repetitive motions.Preferred Skills: Basic blueprint reading, math skills for manufacturing, prior machine operation, computer skills.Key Attributes: Focus on quality, safety, and productivity; ability to work independently; commitment to continuous growth and development within a dynamic environment.
