We are growing quickly and looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to join our team in New York. About the RoleThis is a full-time, on-site inside sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You will engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities, run consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and convert leads into customers. This role is not just about activity. It is about creating urgency, controlling the sales process, and moving qualified prospects forward with confidence. You will work closely with leadership and the broader team to drive revenue and help shape a strong sales culture as Orion continues to scale. What Youll DoFollow up with inbound and outbound leads through calls, text, email, and CRM outreach Qualify prospects and identify real buying opportunities Conduct consultative sales conversations and guide prospects through the buying process Handle objections around price, timing, fit, and decision-making Drive urgency and secure clear next steps on every viable opportunity Maintain clean pipeline management and accurate notes in CRM Consistently hit activity, conversion, and revenue targets Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve messaging, process, and customer outcomes What Were Looking For2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative sales, or high-volume closing environments Strong track record of hitting goals and converting opportunities into revenue Excellent communication skills, especially over phone, text, and email Strong customer presence and the ability to build trust quickly Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and resilient Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, on-site environment Experience using CRM and sales tools preferred Experience in health, wellness, sleep, fitness, med-tech, or other consultative consumer sales environments is a plus Bachelors degree preferred Why Join OrionOpportunity to join a fast-growing company in an exciting category Strong earning potential with $104,000 OTEHigh-visibility role with direct impact on revenue growth Collaborative, performance-driven team environment Opportunity to grow with the business and make a real mark early If you are highly motivated, strong on the phone, and know how to turn interest into action, wed love to hear from you.
