The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest ServiceSupport daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experienceGreet and assist guests, manage seating flow, and support host stand operationsMonitor dining room activity and maintain high levels of guest engagement and satisfactionRespond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally“Touch tables” regularly to ensure service quality and gather guest feedbackAssist with expediting food service and ensure proper timing of coursesBe present on the floor during peak service periods and support the team as neededTeam Leadership & Communication Lead by example and support team members during serviceAssist with training, coaching, and motivating front-of-house team membersParticipate in daily pre-shift meetings, reviewing:Service priorities and operational updatesSpecials, menu knowledge, and promotionsGuest feedback and service standardsCommunicate effectively with management regarding service or operational challengesFoster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused team environmentSanitation & Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areasSupport and monitor adherence to company policies, including:Time and attendanceUniform and grooming standardsWorkplace conduct and safety policiesAdministrative & Operational SupportAssist with inventory organization and requisitioning of suppliesSupport updates to POS systems including pricing, specials, and menu changesAssist with in-room dining coordination as neededEnsure proper care and organization of restaurant equipment and suppliesQualificationsPrevious experience in a restaurant, bar, or resort dining environmentPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong guest service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to lead by example and support team members during serviceFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits & PerksWe offer a great team environment and competitive benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceAdditional voluntary benefitsEmployee housing based on availabilityDiscounts at EOS Hospitality sister propertiesOpportunities for growth within EOS Hospitality#INDIB
