About the job Operator/Foreman Related Tasks / Requirements:Operate Directional Drill or other equipmentOperator excavator or vacuum truckLocate for directional drillThink and react to the changing needs of the daily tasks for the job efficiencyWork extended hours when needed for job completionLifting and carrying heavy tooling Ability to navigate job sites including steep muddy terrainHandle and operate mud pumps and hosesHandle vacuum hoses for vac trucksUtilize various construction hand tools for use on all project (shovels, rakes, tamps, etc)Perform basic equipment maintenance dailyPerform setup and mobilization tasks for each job location Maintain clean organized jobsite and vehicles by utilizing good housekeeping skillsRecord daily time via cell phone applicationProvide clear concise direction to laborers to support a safe and quality projectProperly operate all designated equipment for the projectOther duties as assignedLead a crew of 2-4 Standards:Drug free with zero toleranceMaintain and display a professional attitude and appearance at all timesMaintain clean driving recordUphold a Safety-First Policy at all times Measurables:Complete all required reports/forms/software apps in required time restraintNo more than 1 write up for a quality issue within 45 days Achieve or surpass production goals set by Leadership Team Special requirements:Knowledgeable in operation of HDD rigKnowledgeable in operating all jobsite equipmentAbility to read and comprehend utility mapsBasic understanding of equipment maintenance and repairBasic understanding and proper use of hand toolsReading one personal development book or audio per half year and provide reviewPossess a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements and a desire for continual learning and self-improvementCDL Commercial Driver License with Class A, Tanker, Air Brakes, CombinationWillingness to go above and beyond to ensure project completion within standards
