Job DescriptionThe Senior Supervisor Quality Assurance coordinates the activities of quality employees. This includes training employees, setting objectives for the team, and leading improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the daily activities of quality employeesEffectively communicate quality concerns to quality team members and operations for improvement activities.Coordinate training quality employees on standards and internal proceduresPrepare and participate in quality auditsIdentifying Customer Source Inspection and Government Source Inspection and schedule off site inspectorSet daily quality objectives for the direct team member(s) Manage hiring, retention, and performance management for the direct teamExperience QUALIFICATIONS Minimum two (2) years of experience in people management Minimum four (4) years of experience in QualityBachelor's degree in related fieldAdditional InformationThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.Pay Range: $73,000 - $92,000 annually.
