Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Reno Area, with opportunities for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting market research, facilitating property sales or leases, and ensuring transactions run smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, preparing property listings, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs. The role also involves leveraging the firm's integrated services to support clients with construction planning and budget consultation when required. Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and properties effectively.Proficiency in using real estate platforms and tools to support marketing and transaction processes is a plus.Previous experience in commercial real estate or familiarity with construction and property development services is an advantage.A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to achieving success in a commission-driven environment.
