Civil 3D CAD Designer / Drafter📍 Jacksonville Beach, FL | In-office (WFH Fridays optional)🕒 Full-Time | Immediate HireWe’re a small, family-run civil engineering firm in Jacksonville Beach seeking a Civil CAD Designer / Drafter to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and enjoys producing high-quality plans in a collaborative, hands-on environment.This position focuses on plan production and design support and does not require an engineering license.What You’ll Be DoingCivil plan drafting and production using AutoCAD and Civil 3DSite layout, grading, drainage, and utility plan supportSurface modeling, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks (as applicable)Incorporating redlines and design direction from the PEAssisting with plan sets for permitting and constructionMaintaining CAD standards and drawing organizationYou’ll work closely with the PE and be a key part of keeping projects moving efficiently.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of Civil CAD experience (land development preferred)Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DExperience with grading, drainage, and site plansAbility to work independently after direction is givenStrong attention to detail and organizationComfortable working in a small team with minimal bureaucracyThis Role Is a Great Fit If YouEnjoy being highly competent in CAD productionLike clear direction and ownership of deliverablesPrefer a small, stable team over a corporate environmentValue flexibility and work-life balanceWant consistent work without PE exam pressureCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryHealth care stipendAnnual performance bonusPTO + paid holidaysFlexible schedule + optional WFH FridaysOffice near the beach
