Our Restaurant Managers are not administrators; they stand at the front of our hospitality experience and are intimately involved in service every day. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. Core responsibilities include performance, guest satisfaction, increased sales and profitability, while actively ensuring the restaurant meets financial and operating goals. Core Responsibilities: Restaurant Managers are accountable for ensuring our team members effortlessly deliver high-quality food and service consistently to our guests. They set clear expectations through providing direction and honest feedback that offers praise, performance improvement and career development. Recruitment and Retention Training and Development Supervision and Leadership Sales As an active member in their community, the Restaurant Manager will partner with the General Manager and go above and beyond to maintain the quality and consistency the guests crave (no compromises, no short-cuts, no matter what). Sales Growth Guest Service Quality of Operations Profits Restaurant Managers are business savvy, setting their annual budget and managing their live P/L statement weekly together as a team. Partnership with the General Manager, Culinary Manager/Chef & the entire management team all work together toward standards of operational excellence. Profitability Financial Reporting Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in restaurant management in an upscale/fine dining concept Experience managing, coaching, and cultivating a team of service industry professionals A professional, polished manner and the willingness to be immersed directly in the guest experience Skilled in staff management, hiring, training, retention, and evolution. Awareness and understanding of financial analysis and problem solving Stellar business acumen managing a P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory The ability to multi-task and perform in a high-volume atmosphere Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills Computer proficient with strong verbal and written communication skills.
