Our care model is built around comprehensive evaluation, personalized treatment planning, and measurable progress.We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner to lead the interventional side of our medical service line across our Madison Avenue and Union Square offices.What You'll DoEvaluate new patients presenting with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions, develop differential diagnoses, and build individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teamPerform a full range of in-office interventional procedures, including trigger point injections, Botox for chronic migraine and muscular conditions, PRP, regenerative injections, joint and bursa injections, etc.Perform diagnostic and ultrasound-guided procedures using in-office musculoskeletal ultrasoundOrder and interpret imaging, labs, and EMG studies; coordinate referrals when appropriatePartner with our chiropractors, PTs, acupuncturists, etc. to deliver integrated careDocument thoroughly in our EHR and maintain compliance with NY state and payer requirementsWhat We're Looking ForNP licensure in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP)2+ years of clinical experience in pain management, interventional pain, PM&R, orthopedics, or sports medicineProficiency with trigger point injections and joint injections; experience with regenerative injections strongly preferredDEA registration (or eligibility)Strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and genuine belief in conservative-first, root-cause careCollaborative mindset — you'll work closely with providers across disciplines every dayWhy Complete WellnessCompetitive compensation commensurate with experience, plus benefits including complimentary access to ask our services We are fast growing practice with a fun and collaborative atmosphere Opportunity to holistically treat patients not just for short term relief, but lasting correction Three prime NYC locations to practice out of
