The Guest Reception Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all functions of the information desk.Department:** VolunteersLocation:** Englewood, NJStatus:** Full-timeShift:** 8 hour daysHours:** 8a - 4p**Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.** Excellent command of the English Language; bilingual skills desirable (English/Spanish, English/Korean) Strong organizational skills. Three years of experience in a related role in a healthcare or hotel setting desirable. Solid customer service background. Ability to work with all levels of staff within the Medical Center. Strong follow-up skills with all levels of staff within the Medical Center. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Standards for Service Excellence.Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree required.
