Technical Writer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions for customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center cooling products.• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.• Facilitate engaging training sessions using demonstrations, scenarios, and guided practice, traveling to customer or training locations as needed.• Manage virtual course setup, enrollment, attendance tracking, completions, and surveys using a Learning Management System (LMS).• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify training needs and develop customized programs.• Adapt and maintain existing training materials for clarity, accuracy, and learner effectiveness.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.• Proven experience in technical product training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role within the data center industry.• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly materials.• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.• Experience working with an LMS or remote training platforms.• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer locations as needed.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($76,000 - $141,100) plus potential for annual incentives.• Opportunity to work 100% remotely from a home office within the US.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and more.• A dynamic global environment with opportunities for career growth and making a daily impact.Apply via Haystack today!
