Compensation:Starting base salary up to $125,000 paid bi-weekly; following 6 months of employment transition to up to 55% of net collections;(Estimated annual earning potential of up to $180,000 w/ benefits)

Schedule:Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location:Hybrid position based out of Medina, OH (75% in office, 25% remote)Role Summary
At ARC Psychiatry, an ARC Health partner company, the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment in an outpatient setting, working within a collaborative, patient-centered care model. Success in this role is demonstrated through safe prescribing practices, strong patient engagement, and close collaboration with therapy and interdisciplinary clinical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapists and other providers as part of an integrated care modelCompensation & BenefitsCompensation:Starting base salary up to $125,000; following 6 months of employment transition to up to 55% of net collections;(Estimated annual earning potential of up to $175,000 w/ benefits)

PMHNP Required QualificationsBoard certification as aPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner(PMHNP-BC)
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestrictedAdvanced Practice Registered NurseLicense pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws of the State where healthcare services are provided
Possess and maintain a validDrug Enforcement Administration ( DEA )number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances;
Minimum of 1 year of post-certification experience, outpatient preferred
Ability to function well independently, as well as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ability to work productively and effectively.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as thorough knowledge about the various medical processes and procedures
Possess and maintain adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy
Comply with prescription drug monitoring program regulations
PMHNP Preferred QualificationsExperience treating diverse age groups
Comfort with telepsychiatry
