Temp: Onboarding Coordinator

Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a motivated, detail oriented and organized Onboarding & Training Coordinator to join the Administration team! This position will play key role in fostering a seamless transition for new employees into the organization. This role will act as the central point of contact for all onboarding/training processes within Laurel Parc a crossed departments ensuring that the onboarding and new hire training process is organized, consistent, and adheres to compliance standards. The primary focus of this position is to enhance the new hires experience as it pertains to on-the-job training and development after all pre-onboarding requirements have been met. Schedule: Shift: Pay: Main Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires at Laurel Parc, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. 2. Collaborate with the Executive Director, Department Heads, and HR to build a cohesive onboarding and training process for all new hires. 3. Schedule, organize, and facilitate all new hire training and meetings within their first 90 days of employment including their first day, on the floor training schedule, and 30, 60, 90-day manager check ins. 4. Works closely with HR and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding process. 5. Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on onboarding or HR support preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently, a self-starter Organized, timely, and efficient Language Requirement All team members must have the basic abilitytouse computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend writtendocuments suchasworkorders,safetyrules,instructions,policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
