This is a hunting role — your job is to open doors, win new logos, and hand off smoothly to a dedicated operations team that handles delivery and account management. Plan to be in front of prospects at least 50% of the time — cold walk-ins, meetings, site visits. The rest is in-office, working your pipeline and setting up your next round. This is not a remote or hybrid position.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce experienceExperience selling to Property Managers or Building/Facilities ExecutivesBackground in janitorial, maintenance, or broader facilities servicesStaffing or managed services sales experienceMulti-site or enterprise account experienceFormal sales methodology training — Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similarCompensation & StructureFull-time | Field + In-OfficeCompensation: $60,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
