Content CreatorPosition OverviewOur client is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content focused on happenings in Downtown Detroit. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a great company and attend great events to gather social media content! This is an ad hoc role covering events in Detroit as needed. On average this will be around 10-15 hours a month. You must be local to the Detroit Metro and have a portfolio of Social Media Content to be considered for this position. Key ResponsibilitiesCreating content for our client's Instagram and Facebook pageTake videos and photos of places and events in DetroitCreate reels and YouTube shortsEdit contentUploading captions into editing toolsQualificationsProven experience in social media content creation or a similar rolePassion for Detroit and events happening DowntownStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills in content creationFamiliarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeExcellent communication and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRequired to have your own computer/equipment and iPhone. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
